Common center hole diameter specifications for aluminum cutting saw blades mainly include two types: 30mm and 25.4mm . The choice between these two diameters mainly depends on the diameter of the saw machine shaft, which is fundamental to ensuring the saw blade can be installed correctly and operate stably.

For 150mm aluminum cutting saw blades above this size, 25.4mm diameter is the most common. When the saw blade diameter reaches 305mm to 500mm the diameter selection needs to refer to the shaft diameter of the supporting equipment, 25.4mm and 30mm are common choices; occasionally, 32mm situations may also occur. For 550mm large-sized saw blades above this size, to ensure cutting stability, the diameter is mostly 30mm or above.

The size of the saw blade hole diameter must first consider the machine's requirements. To increase the saw blade's stability, the designed hole diameter will be larger than the conventional saw blade hole diameter. In most cases, a special flange will be added to further enhance stability. However, some large saw blades with small hole diameters are designed to increase cutting height and width. Although the hole diameter is smaller, the cutting stability is slightly worse.
