Through further communication, we learned that the client's required saw blade specifications are: 4554.025.4 120T. This saw blade is for a newly purchased large cutting equipment. Compared to the 355 120T saw blade used with the previous equipment, the specifications have been significantly improved. 3.225.4 After installing and debugging the new saw blade, the client questioned the price change, stating why the price of this saw blade is higher than before.

In response, we conducted a detailed technical analysis and explanation. Since the equipment currently used by the client is a new model, with a larger size and stronger cutting capacity, the matching saw blade also needs to be upgraded accordingly. Compared to the 355mm saw blade, the 455mm diameter saw blade has an increased cutting radius of 100mm, meaning a wider range of applications and stronger processing capabilities. At the same time, the thickness of the base steel plate of the new saw blade has also been increased from 3.2mm to 4.0mm, further enhancing the overall strength and durability of the saw blade. In addition, the thickness of the alloy layer in the saw tooth part has also increased by 0.8mm, effectively improving cutting efficiency and surface smoothness, and extending the service life of the saw blade.

Therefore, the optimization of the saw blade in terms of materials, processes, and structure will inevitably lead to a corresponding increase in production costs, which is reflected in the sales price.
