In the field of precision manufacturing, a company specializing in the production of high-strength aluminum alloy parts has long been plagued by technical bottlenecks in the cutting process. Its products have almost stringent requirements for the quality of the cut surface, but traditional cutting solutions have always been difficult to break through two major constraints: as high as 95 decibels of operating noise not only deteriorated the workshop environment, but also posed a potential threat to the occupational health of operators; and the recurring problem of incision burrs forced the production process to retain additional grinding processes, which seriously restricted overall production efficiency and product yield.

After trying a variety of commercially available solutions without achieving the desired results, the company sought technical cooperation with Bajun Blade, a source saw blade manufacturer with thirty years of professional experience. The manufacturer's technical team went deep into the front line of production, and through systematic on-site diagnosis, comprehensively analyzed the internal relationship between equipment parameters, material characteristics, and process flow, and finally customized an integrated solution. The core of the solution is to target the cutting characteristics of aluminum alloy materials, using high-precision TCG Trapezoidal flat tooth structure design, supplemented by Teflon coating to effectively reduce cutting resistance; by scientific calculation, the number of teeth is optimized to per inch 12 teeth, which significantly improves cutting stability while ensuring chip removal efficiency; the saw body innovatively integrates laser noise reduction grooves and composite damping layers to suppress vibration noise from the source. At the same time, the technical team performed dynamic balance calibration on the equipment spindle, precisely controlling the runout within 0.02mm , and re-matched the cutting parameter combination to achieve the optimal synergy of speed, feed rate, and cutting depth. In addition, the rigidity of the workpiece is strengthened by adding a pneumatic clamping device, and a special phenolic resin support plate is installed at the cutting outlet to completely eliminate material tearing.

The implementation of the project has achieved remarkable results: the operating noise has been reduced from 95 decibels to 82 decibels, reaching industrial hygiene standards; the surface finish of the cut surface is stable at Ra1.6 μ m , the burr problem has completely disappeared, and the secondary grinding process has been successfully eliminated; the production cycle has been shortened 15% , the labor cost has been reduced accordingly, and the defective rate has been controlled at 0.3% or less.
