Based on these findings, we custom-designed a specialized saw blade: featuring an optimally engineered tooth geometry that effectively disperses cutting stress, coupled with advanced nanocoating technology that dramatically enhances chip removal. Additionally, we fine-tuned the balance between the steel’s hardness and toughness to ensure superior performance.
In addition, our engineering team assisted the customer in reconfiguring critical parameters such as coolant concentration and jet angle, ultimately delivering a comprehensive cutting solution. When the first batch of trial-cut parts was unveiled, their clean, precise cuts, exact dimensions, and flawless surfaces effortlessly met the stringent standards required for medical device manufacturing. The customer’s representative sincerely exclaimed, “This challenge that had plagued us for months has finally been resolved perfectly.”
