To thoroughly investigate the cause, we suggested and guided the customer through a series of machine debugging and inspections.

Recently, We received a request for assistance from a customer who encountered serious cutting problems when using Bajun saw blades. These problems included rough cutting surfaces, slow cutting speeds, and even jamming and blade skipping, significantly impacting production efficiency and product quality. The customer initially suspected a problem with the quality of the Bajun saw blades, believing they might be wearing out too quickly or were inherently defective.

Upon receiving the feedback, our technical support team immediately contacted the customer to inquire in detail about their equipment model, cutting material, cutting parameters (such as speed and feed rate), and the specific operating procedures. Considering the customer's initial focus on the saw blade, we also conducted a preliminary inspection. However, based on the information provided by the customer and our understanding of the performance of this saw blade model, we believed the problem might not lie with the blade itself.

To thoroughly investigate the cause, we suggested and guided the customer through a series of machine adjustments and checks. First, we guided the customer to check whether the saw blade was installed correctly, ensuring that it was installed flat and securely, without any eccentricity or looseness. Next, we advised the customer to check the cutting equipment's parameter settings, including the spindle speed and feed rate, to ensure they matched the material being cut and the saw blade specifications, and to determine if improper settings were causing overload or poor cutting conditions. We also advised the customer to check if the equipment's lubrication system was functioning properly, if there was any wear or lack of lubrication in components such as the guides and bearings, and if the saw blade was properly cooled and cleaned during use.

After the customer carefully checked and adjusted the equipment according to our guidance, they were surprised to find that as the equipment parameters were optimized, the lubrication system maintained, and installation details adjusted, the cutting problems that had previously plagued them, such as rough surfaces and jamming, were gradually resolved. Cutting became smooth and efficient, and both efficiency and quality returned to normal levels.
