Above the锋锐, value is reborn.

This collaboration not only promptly responded to customer needs but also highlighted our company’s expertise in saw blade design and manufacturing.

Recently, our company received an inquiry from a customer whose cutting equipment is producing substandard machined surfaces due to issues with the saw blades. The customer hopes that our company can urgently provide new saw blades to resume production.

After communication, the customer’s required blade specifications are 455*4.0*25.4*120T, intended for their newly purchased large-scale equipment. Compared to the previous model—355*3.2*25.4*120T—the new specifications represent a significant upgrade. After installation and commissioning, the customer raised questions about the price of the new blades.

To this end, we’ve provided a detailed technical explanation: The new equipment boasts enhanced capabilities, so the accompanying saw blades have been comprehensively upgraded as well. The blade diameter has increased from 355mm to 455mm, expanding the cutting radius by 100mm and broadening the processing range. The thickness of the base steel plate has been increased from 3.2mm to 4.0mm, significantly improving the overall strength and durability. Additionally, the alloy layer has been thickened by 0.8mm, directly boosting cutting efficiency, surface finish quality, and blade lifespan.

Therefore, the optimization of saw blades in terms of materials, processes, and structure has led to a reasonable increase in production costs, prompting a corresponding adjustment in pricing. After gaining a deeper understanding of the technical details, customers have expressed their approval of the improved performance and are highly satisfied with our professional services.

This collaboration not only promptly responded to customer needs but also highlighted our company’s expertise in saw blade design and manufacturing. We will continue to uphold a “customer-centric” approach, delivering high-quality products and services to help our customers create greater value.
