Mr. Chen, the head of an aluminum processing company in Shandong, once found himself in a deep predicament: The newly purchased high-speed cutting machine consistently produced noticeable patterns when processing high-precision aluminum alloys, and the surface finish failed to meet the required standards. Despite trying numerous saw blades, all attempts ended in failure—and he even lost orders as a result.
The turning point came at the industry trade show. Rather than rushing to push their products, the Bajun Cutting Tools technical team first systematically inspected the equipment. They discovered that Mr. Chen’s machine was spinning at a speed of 4,200 revolutions per minute—far exceeding the standard operating range. The original saw blades, not optimized for high speeds, were experiencing high-frequency vibrations due to stress, which in turn was causing rough cutting surfaces.
The Bajun team brought the problematic saw blades back to the lab and used a fully automatic grinding machine from Germany’s Forster to perform precise stress calibration. At the same time, they upgraded the substrate material to Japan’s SKS51, a high-rigidity alloy, and selected Luxembourg’s KCR05+ alloy for the tooth tips, thereby comprehensively enhancing wear resistance and stability. One week later, the custom-made saw blades successfully passed testing: the surface patterns completely disappeared, and the finish reached the 4510 standard for grinding-grade smoothness.
All of this stems from Bajun’s 30 years of deep technological expertise. Starting from the “Xielì Tool Factory” in 1993 and progressing to the introduction of high-end German equipment and the establishment of end-to-end manufacturing capabilities, Bajun has accumulated not only advanced craftsmanship but also a systematic wisdom that delves deeply into the logic of matching equipment with materials. As Mr. Chen put it: “They don’t just understand saw blades—they truly grasp the root causes of problems. This level of expertise is something that ordinary suppliers simply can’t match.”
Beneath the mere appearance of hardware replacement, Bajun Tools actually offers a systematic diagnosis and treatment rooted in profound experience.
