The technical team is focusing particularly on the precision of CNC gear-grinding machines, using coordinate measuring machines for re-verification to ensure that machining tolerances are controlled within the industry-leading range of ±0.01 mm.

The inspection team employed the five-dimensional analysis method—“people, machines, materials, methods, and environment”—to examine not only equipment parameters and mold wear but also the standardization of operator procedures. In the heat treatment workshop, the team paid close attention to the stability of the temperature-control system and randomly selected batches of products for metallographic analysis, ensuring that the grain size met or exceeded ASTM Grade 8 standards.
This operation specially introduced an “process traceability” component, leveraging the MES system to retrieve recent production data and analyze trends in key quality indicators. In the end, a total of 28 improvement suggestions were generated, of which 15 have already been addressed on-site. The Production Department will establish a long-term tracking mechanism featuring “daily inspections, weekly summaries, and monthly evaluations” to continuously optimize the manufacturing processes.
