This Monday, we received WeChat feedback from Mr. Feng, a valued customer who has collaborated with Bajun Cutting Tools for ten years. Mr. Feng mentioned that one of his diagonal cutting machines experienced issues with material cutting angle deviation, slanted cutting surfaces, and unevenness during operation. In response, leveraging our extensive industry experience, we promptly launched a professional analysis and assessment.
Generally, cutting surface angle deviations stem from two core factors: firstly, malfunctions or misalignments in the machinery itself; secondly, saw blade wear or quality issues. Firstly, from the perspective of the machinery, the material being cut must be kept perfectly level during the cutting process; this is fundamental to ensuring cutting accuracy. If the material placement has an angle deviation, the cut material will naturally be slanted. Simultaneously, a standard degree angle must be maintained between the material being cut and the cutting machine's saw blade; this is key to ensuring a flat, vertical cutting surface. 90 degree, 90 degree, problems with slanted cutting surfaces will arise. The root cause of these two phenomena often lies in the feeding device and worktable not being level, insufficient pressure from the pressure device, or wear and tear on the mold due to prolonged use.
However, if after careful inspection the mechanical device is confirmed to be functioning normally, then we need to turn our attention to the aluminum alloy saw blade itself. As is well known, the aluminum alloy saw blade, as a key consumable part in the cutting process, will inevitably experience blunting of its teeth after prolonged, high-intensity cutting work, leading to a significant increase in friction. If a blunted saw blade continues to be used, it will not only cause deformation of the substrate but may also lead to serious issues such as tooth loss and chipping. Once this occurs, the cutting surface of the material will not only be slanted but will also be full of burrs, severely affecting the cutting quality. Therefore, the correct solution to this problem is to promptly remove the blunted saw blade, and conduct professional maintenance and sharpening. If the saw blade is too severely damaged, to the point of being irreparable, then to ensure cutting quality, it must be decisively scrapped and replaced with a new saw blade. In this way, problems such as slanted cutting surfaces and burrs will be effectively resolved, and the cutting quality will be restored to its optimal state.
